What:  Build your own schedule of drop-off enrichment classes in a variety of topics, taught by experienced teachers & pros.  Take 1, 2 or more classes, with the option of staying for a supervised "Lunch Social/Freeplay" hour.

 

When:  HCA is held over 4 quarters (each quarter = 6 weeks) throughout the academic year.  Each quarter is registered for separately with the opportunity to build your schedule of classes each time according to your preference.  Registration for each HCA quarter will open approximately 1 month before the first day of each quarter and announced on this website, emailed in our newsletters (subscribe here!), and announced on our Facebook Page.

Who:  HCA opportunities are available to Harmony members ages 3-15.  (Drop-off programming begins at age 5.) 

 

Membership:  Family Membership is required for participation, but there is an option to try your first quarter of classes prior to owing membership dues!  (Click for details)  Membership in Harmony also provides access to Friday CREW activities, family events, and other private social opportunities.  A Preschool Limited Membership is available for families of little ones interested in preschool programs only.   Learn more & apply for membership here.

Cost:  Tuition cost per 6-week course varies but typically ranges from $72-$90/course (with classes occasionally requiring specific supplies or supply fees).  Course descriptions & exact prices in our registration software here.

Lunch Social/Freeplay:  Lunch & Recess hour is $5.00/hour/student ($30 for each student/quarter).  Registration in a Choice Academy course or regular CREW attendance is required for registration in the Lunch/Freeplay hour.​

Options for older students:

• Gap hours:  Students 12+ may stay at Harmony for a "gap hour" in order to make a drop-off day more feasible.  Students 11+ may request a gap hour and be considered on a case-by-case basis.  Click for Details

• Quarter 1:  2nd Friday in September - the 3rd Friday in October.

• Quarter 2: End of October - Mid- December (Off for Thanksgiving week)

• Quarter 3:  End of January - Mid-March

• Quarter 4: Late March - early May
