New Member Quick Start Guide

Welcome to Harmony! We're excited you're here. Most new families can complete the steps below in about 15–20 minutes. Once you're set up, you'll be ready to register for programs and participate in member events.

✅ Step 1: Access our website’s Member Area

Request access if you don't already have it. The Member Area is your home base for:
• Registration links
• Calendars
• Member handbook
• Members-only resources

Tip: Whenever you need information, check the Member Area first.

✅ Step 2: Set Up Pembee

Pembee is where you register for nearly all Harmony programs and events.

1. Create a Parent User account.
2. For simplicity, use the same email/login as your Member Area.
3. Purchase your Membership Pass (found under My Account).

Membership Pass:
• Annual household membership: $105 (prorated to $52.50 beginning Semester 2).
• If you already paid by Zelle, choose 'Pay Cash' and Betsy will mark it paid.

✅ Step 3: Register for Programs

Once you have your Membership Pass, you're ready to register.

Available programs include:
• Pathfinders
• Preschool
• CREW
• Family Events
• Harmony Choice Academy
• Nature Outings

🐝 Good to Know

• Your first registration requires creating an Attendee (your child). You only do this once.
• Registration password: BUZZ (please keep it within the Harmony community).
• Membership Pass credits are used to register for member-included events like CREW.

• Registering for Pathfinders? Complete the Pathfinders Fit/Placement Assessment first.

• Most programs can be paid by credit card, cash, or check. Installment plans are available only for Pathfinders and require a credit card.

📱 Stay Connected

• Check your email for Harmony Newsletters every 1-2 weeks to stay in-the-know.

• Join the Band app for parent-organized social activities.
